Today, i will tell you about the 'Tile Launcher'. It is currently in Beta version and based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Tile Launcher will help you to change the home screen interface of your android device like windows 8 home screen. Firstly, i will show you the screenshot of Tile Launcher. After it, i will tell you the features of this.

In Tile, You can change the Tile's Background, you can resize the tiles (options on home screen), and rename the selected shortcut. You can also Change the Background color of the App Drawer between Holo Dark and Light.
If You want to resize, delete or personalize the tile of you android device home screen, just long press on any tile . You will get the resize handle on tile automatically and the delete button will show on the top right corner . For changing the wrench button will give you to access the change the many settings like icon, title, background color. You can also change the background transparency.
If you want to change the Launcher setting then go to Launcher settings just below the manage apps. You will see these options in Launcher settings which are show in screenshot. General option is for changing the theme like dark theme or light theme.
Desktop option is for changing the Screen orientation like Portrait or landscape, wallpaper scrolling behaviour and grid size of the home screen.
The Tile option which is just below the Desktop option, is for changing the icon, Backgound color, Background transparency.

When changing done, just click on save button. Your changes will be applied. If you want to see the other options of Tile Launcher then press the left button just left from the menu button you will see these options. For locking the Tiles of your home screen, just click on the lock tiles. It will lock your tiles to moving the tiles accidently. Your tiles will not move by long press on any tile.
